  • In an effort to bring the village back to parenthood, we are excited to offer Mommy & Me Preschool Classes to our community! These classes are designed for children ages 0–5 and their moms, but all siblings are welcome to join in and play.

Together, we’ll explore the foundations of reading, writing, and math through hands-on, interactive learning, while also introducing key life and social skills. It’s a fun and meaningful way for children and parents to learn side-by-side and build bonds that can last a lifetime.

Cost: $25 per class, per family!
We believe in promoting whole-family learning experiences, so each family is considered one unit, regardless of how many children attend.

Each class runs 45 minutes and is structured around engaging stations for reading, writing, and math. Parents will work 1:1 with their child while our instructor provides lesson plans, materials, a group activity, and support as needed.

Our instructor brings years of experience in preschool education, learning disabilities, and behavioral intervention. She is available to help troubleshoot any learning challenges your child may face. However, the primary goal is to keep learning fun and developmentally appropriate. Reading doesn’t have to happen at a desk, and writing doesn’t have to involve paper and pencil. Skills will be broken down to their most basic forms and built up at your child’s pace.

The goal of this class is to build confidence in mothers and caregivers as they teach their children foundational skills—while creating a joyful and nurturing environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive!

  • For Moms and Children with Special Needs or Sensory Sensitivities

This class is designed with smaller group sizes to ensure a calm, welcoming environment where every child can thrive. Each child will have an individualized lesson plan tailored to the parent’s input and suggestions. Children are encouraged to move at their own pace, with activities adapted to meet their unique needs.

Classes are 45 minutes long and include a planned activity that your child can complete at their comfort level. Moms will work one-on-one with their child while our instructor assists and guides the lesson. All necessary materials will be provided.

Our instructor brings years of experience in a variety of special needs settings, including serving as a high school moderate-to-severe paraprofessional, a one-on-one behavioral support aide for elementary students, and a Registered Behavior Technician for preschool-aged children. She is well-versed in sensory processing disorders, autism, and other developmental delays, and has experience supporting both verbal and non-speaking children. Her passion is helping families build life skills, communication, and confidence—always with patience, love, and understanding.

The goal of this class is to uplift and support our special needs community. We recognize the gaps in available services and want to be part of the solution. Here, you’ll find encouragement, connection, and understanding from fellow moms and peers, as well as resources and strategies to help you and your child flourish.

Please bring any communication devices your child may use to each session.

  • Learning social skills is an essential part of childhood — and what better way to grow than through play, laughter, and connection? At our Social Skills Group, moms and children of all ages are warmly invited to join us for a fun-filled 30 minutes of interactive learning and joyful bonding.

Duration: 30 magical minutes of learning and laughter!

Come build confidence, make new friends, and grow together—one hello at a time!

  • Learning through song is one of the most effective ways to help children remember ideas and concepts! In our Mommy & Me Music Class, we’ll enjoy nursery rhymes, memory games, and explore simple instruments like rattles, hand drums, xylophones, and more. We’ll sing, dance, and spend meaningful time playing and learning together.

Moms and children of all ages are welcome to participate!
The cost is $25 per class, per family, with a free class when you pay in full for a 6-week session!

Our instructor has years of experience working with children and homeschools her own. She has seen firsthand how music supports learning and provides a valuable outlet for children—especially those needing help with regulation or sensory processing.

The goal of this class is to create a fun and supportive environment where moms and children can bond, play, and grow together through the joy of music.

  • In an effort to support families on their health journeys, we are excited to offer Mommy & Me P.E. Classes open to moms and children of all ages. We'll begin with movement fundamentals, focusing on integrating primitive reflexes and enhancing both fine motor and gross motor skills. Through stretching and guided movement, we’ll explore flexibility and mobility, and establish routines you and your child can rely on for years to come.

We’ll run, kick, catch, and dance our way to healthier bodies and stronger reflexes—supporting overall development for both you and your child. Together, we’ll practice foundational exercises such as push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, and running, while tracking progress and celebrating growth every step of the way.

Our instructor brings years of experience as a former athlete, personal trainer, coach, and educator. She is especially skilled at working with children with special needs and making motor development fun, accessible, and engaging.

Moms and children of all ages are welcome to participate!
The cost is $25 per class, per family, with a free class when you pay in full for a 6-week session!

The goal of this class is to promote fun, family-centered movement that builds strength, coordination, and confidence. These foundational skills will help your child become a better athlete, improve focus, and develop important social skills—all while moving and playing together!
